Reviews For Organic Ground Flaxseed - Value Size

Spectrum is a great brand and seldom disappoints. It is a great size bag with a self closure for the price. It tastes very fresh and has a bit of a nutty taste and a smooth texture.
I use this product every day in my breakfast smoothie.
My go to
This is my go to for ground flaxseed. I use it as an egg replacer in baked goods and add it to oatmeal and salads for the health benefits.
Add to pancakes
Healthy addition of omegas and fiber to pancake recipe. Don't really notice it and I like that my pancakes are healthier than without it
I was familiar with this product having purchased it elsewhere earlier. I like it and use it. This was a very good value and I recommend it.

This ground flax seed is amazing. The omega 3 helps with vision, its helps ease your mind. There are honestly so many benefits to this, and the fact that its already ground makes it that much easier. You can use it on anything, sometimes I even sprinkle some on fruit, or oatmeal. It also lasts a really long time, so you're not buying a bag every month. I definitely recommend.

Flax is a healthy addition to any dish and really has helped me with digestive issues. This particular flax has the benefit of being organic with for me is a big deal and is crushed making it easy to add to just about anything. The value size bag is great because it lasts a pretty long time too.

This ground flax seed is such a great value! I used to buy a 8oz bag for the same price at a local store! I love flax in just about everything from my muffins to my oatmeal, cereal, smoothies, shakes, and even some sauces and soups. I love that it's ground because it leaves no trace of being in there so my kids don't know and it is easier for me to handle than whole flax.
