About This Brand

Tea is one of life’s simple pleasures. We begin with the world’s finest tea leaves, then artfully blend them with herbs, spices and botanicals to create unexpectedly rich, truly memorable flavor experiences. Tazo tea buyers take regular trips to origin countries to taste and select the finest-quality tea and botanicals available. Unlike other large tea companies that use pre-blended teas sourced at origin, Tazo buys only unblended teas. This allows us to acquire tea at its peak of freshness and to exercise greater control over the quality of the final blend.

Reviews For Organic Chai Tea

Good, but peppery!

This is a good chai - but it's more peppery than other chai teas we've tried. My granddaughter loves it since she found out pepper has health benefits! We enjoy it.

Delicious!

Cool to room temperature and into the fridge for a bit, add some creamer and you got yourself an iced chai latte from starbucks!! Yummy :)

Tazo Chai Tea

I've always loved chai tea. I found a recipe for a mixture of chai tea with pumpkin puree, coconut milk, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, allspice, and nutmeg. It called for maple syrup, but I just used Sweet Leaf stevia. Yummy!

Satisfied the Wifey

My wife said she liked this flavor, I thought it was kind of expensive.

Organic Chia Tea

absolutely love this tea! is organic, no caffeine & tastes great!!

- Tracy

Delicious!

This is a really great blend of tea and spices and tastes great cold or hot. Delicious with or without milk added to your cup, with or without a sweetener added. Just a great cup of tea!

- Robin

Good

This tea is good-it isn't my favorite, but I do like it. I like to have it with cookies to sweeten it up a little. I would like it a little stronger than it is, but otherwise, it's a healthy tea and tastes good.

- Nicole Law

Robust

This Chai is definitely robust! I like to drink a mug of tea each day and this is my first choice if I have it available. I really love the hint of cinnamon in it and it's a great way to end a long, stressful day on my feet.

My Favorite

I've tried every bagged chai tea I can get my hands on, and Tazo is the brand I keep coming back to. The spice combination most closely resembles what I've had in good Indian restaurants. For an authentic experience, drink with milk and sweetener added (I use raw honey).

It's a good tea, but not great

I'd heard a lot about Tazo, so I bought this chai tea just to get my feet wet. I'm a big tea drinker, but I've pretty much just gone with Lipton most of my life, and I wanted something more natural.

Well Tazo is a good but not great tea. I didn't find the flavor to be as strong as the reviews suggested, and frankly, the only reason I would stick with it is that it's organic and more healthy for me, but taste wise, I think the Lipton is on par.

Pure organic tea

Tazo's made a reputation for making great tea, and they do it by using organic ingredients. This chai tea has chai and spices and that's about it.

It's strong enough that I can get two cups out of one filter bag, which is awesome. The flavor is as good as I've tasted at tea shops and I'm paying much less for the privilege. I like to use organic sweetener so I'm not adding refined sugar. If you're looking for a great tasting natural tea, this is it.

Robust

This tea is a little too robust for me, so I often add cream and sugar, but it has a great bold flavor. I love this tea once I have "doctored it up" and I am very proud to be using an organic tea. Many times people think natural is the same as organic, but sadly that is not the case. I am very happy that I found this tea and it tastes really good.

Affordable Break

I love to drink this tea as a little break for myself. It tastes so good! Not only that, but now that I'm a member of Thrive, it is affordable. I am saving almost $4 a box buying this from Thrive opposed to our local stores. It is such a great service, and a wonderful tea!

- Seana

Amazing Tea

This is one of my favorite Tazo teas. In fact, I especially love that I can get this Chai tea at my local Starbucks when I want to have a lunch date with girlfriends. It has a nice, cinnamon taste that feels so comforting and enjoyable. I particularly love it with a little bit of cream and sometimes some sugar. I love that it's organic, and I love that it always tastes about the same. Tazo seems to have great quality control on this stuff.
