The Best Curry Paste!
I used this paste to try a green curry recipe and got it to taste similar to the Thai restaurant fish I love so much!
Regular pantry staple!
The green curry paste has a wonderful flavor. The jar shows three peppers for full heat and I find that the green tastes hotter than the red. I use to make vegan curry vegetables and sometimes add coconut milk as a variation. For veggies with rice or even as a thai pizza - this is amazing!!
Easy to use!
It doesn't separate like other curry pastes I've tried. It's not spicy at all, though, and I love my curry spicy. Green curry isn't SUPPOSED to be that spicy, so it may seem just right to you, if you're not accustomed to spicy food.
Was so pleasantly surprised that I could make green curry chicken just like that of my favorite Thai restaurant! I am on a sugar free diet so was glad that this doesn't have any sugar!
As good as the red chili
I buy both this paste and the red chili one, and they're both really good, authentic Thai spices. I use this for my green curry dish, because I like it hot and this is perfect for spicy flavor and heat intensity. It also has all natural ingredients with nothing added to make it impure.
The best thing is Thrive's price. I saw this on Amazon for eight dollars, almost three times what Thrive is selling it at, and I was shocked. Not sure how Thrive is doing it, but I love being a member so far.

Delicious and Versital Sauce
I love this green curry paste! I love all of Thai Kitchen's foods. I use this paste as a marinade for beef strips before using the beef in a stir-fry. It has a little kick to it, but I like spicy foods. I experimented with this curry paste as a wonton soup base. It didn't turn out that good, but I'll try again with another soup soon.
My Thrive Market membership was one of the best birthday presents I received earlier this month! It was a practical and thoughtful gift and I will continue to renew each year. So grateful I don't have to trek to the market and drag heavy bags home!

I like Thai
I like Thai foods and I like this company. I am inexperienced at cooking Thai, so some of the Thai Kitchen meals help me out.
I am not a big fan of curry, although it tastes great in the dishes. I don't like to cook with the green curry paste. I am not a fan of the smell, but I do like it in the food!

Always in the house
I use this curry in gravys, soups, and stir frys to add a bit of spicy flavor and it is the perfect complimenting flavor. It has great flavor and is very affordable. The Thai Kitchen brand is one I really trust as well, so that makes it even better. I always have some in the house.
