Why You’ll Love It

Coconut flour, made from dehydrated, finely ground coconut meat, is low-carb, fiber-rich, and gluten-free. It may even lower the glycemic index of your favorite recipe! Because it’s extremely absorbent and gluten-free, we recommend sticking with recipes designed with coconut flour in mind. It’s official: Thrive Market is taking over your pantry in the best possible way. We now offer a variety of wholesome baking ingredients and nutritious grains. It’s the perfect collection for all dietary needs and healthy cravings. Make room in your cupboards and let’s get cooking! ARE THERE HEALTH BENEFITS? The new Thrive Market flours and grains are all organic, non-GMO, kosher, vegan, and contain no added sugars, sweeteners, dyes, or color additives. WHAT IS SPROUTING? A regular grain is essentially a seed that you could put into the ground and it will become a plant. Sprouting allows these grain seeds to germinate, but then harvests them well before they bloom. Great Alternative

It took me a couple of tries to figure out how to make pancakes that my toddlers would eat, but once I did figure it out they were a hit! The instructions on the bag were great, yet when I had to increase the servings I made mistakes. Not the flours fault.

Try it! you will love it.

Organic Coconut Flour makes the best baked goods. Much better flavor than wheat flour and healthier as well. Much easier to give up wheat when this tastes better.

Organic Coconut Flour

The world of Paleo was new to me six months ago, but since then, I have adapted to it. One of the products of those that I have come to rely upon is Organic Coconut Flour. I've found it can be blended with other flours, making baked goods even better..

- Linda

I used it to bread chicken.

I seldom eat meat, but fried chicken occasionally is a welcome sin. I used this flour to bread chicken with panko and yogurt for an oven fried chicken recipe.
Screamin'. Could replace any flour recipe. Totally, 5 stars.
