Why You’ll Love It

This sweet, rich flour is commonly found in Middle Eastern and Indian dishes like hummus and pakoras. Use it on its own, or blend equal parts garbanzo bean flour, quinoa flour, whole rice flour and cornstarch to create your own gluten-free flour mix. It’s official: Thrive Market is taking over your pantry in the best possible way. We now offer a variety of wholesome baking ingredients and nutritious grains. It’s the perfect collection for all dietary needs and healthy cravings. Make room in your cupboards and let’s get cooking! ARE THERE HEALTH BENEFITS? The new Thrive Market flours and grains are all organic, non-GMO, kosher, vegan, and contain no added sugars, sweeteners, dyes, or color additives. WHAT IS SPROUTING? A regular grain is essentially a seed that you could put into the ground and it will become a plant. Sprouting allows these grain seeds to germinate, but then harvests them well before they bloom. Reviews For Organic Sprouted Garbanzo Bean Flour

Based on 6 Reviews

Great product!

I have really enjoyed this sprouted garbanzo flour. It has a slightly different and more delicate/softer texture than another brand I was using and I like it much better. I use it to make savory pancakes and it's super filling.

Great for pizza crust

I like that this flour is made from sprouted garbanzos--it's easier to digest. I use it to make a quick and easy pizza crust--add a little salt, water and olive oil, stir and spread onto parchment; pre-bake before topping.

Trying to incorporate more legumes and protein in my diet and decided to give this flour a try. So glad I tried it! Have tried several new recipes and have loved them all. Garbanzo bean flour flatbread is my new favorite.
