Perfect Substitute for Unhealthy AP Flour
I hesitated buying this to use in place of All-Purpose Flour but have found it to work flawlessly. So far, I have tested it in cookies, quick bread, brownies, and buttermilk biscuits and they have baked up perfectly. The best part is I know that I'm eating a nutritious treat.
Love this flour!
I have been baking with sprouted wheat flour for several years and love the fine grind of this white wheat flour. It has worked beautifully in every type of bread I've tried -- focaccia, dinner rolls, burger buns, egg noodles -- superb!

This flour makes really good baked products, bread, rolls, pancakes, etc.
Makes Great Bread
Versatile flour with great flavor, I just wish it came in a bigger bag.
Has great flavor! Easy to substitute for all purpose flour in my favorite baking recipes to give them a little health boost.
I use this flour to make our "healthy" cookies and bread. Wish it came in a 5lb bag.
Light taste...very good!
two thumbs up!
It tastes just like regular flour, just WAY better for you! It's also an added bonus that it's organic.
Overall, I like it! Will continue using.
So, I made a cobbler with this flour. I read that it can be used as equal ratio to regular flour--and it should cook the same as regular flour (unlike other organic flours) which appealed to me! But, I noticed that instead of an hour cook time--it took about two hours cook time for the cobble to set in the middle. The batter didn't get as 'puffy' as regular flour did either, so it seemed like the cobbler was flat--or as if I had used old flour that didn't rise properly. Although, through that whole mess, the cobbler tasted FANTASTIC--no one could tell that I had used a different type of flour. Everyone loved that cobbler, and that's the main objective!
Sprouted Wheat Flour
Haven't used yet, but will soon.

Sprouted white wheat
My family loved! I love that it's healthy!
It took me a little bit to get used to baking with sprouted flours, but the flavor of this white wheat is unbeatable!
Nom Nom Nom
This flour is amazing! I've used white wheat flour for a lot of things in the past, but using sprouted flour takes it to the next level! I really dig the chewiness of this and love knowing that I'm getting a big nutrition boost!
