This is one of the best products I've tried in a long time. It says to cook 8-10 minutes and I cook it just under 8 minutes for a firm, delicious pasta. I can't even tell it's not traditional pasta! And it has so much protein and fiber. Love it!
This is a great alternative to other pastas, traditional or gluten-free. I found the taste and texture much better than several other gluten-free pastas. I also like that it is grain free. The only thing I wish is it were more cost effective.
Lots of protein
I really liked how this pasta has a lot of protein, especially for kids who just like plain pasta. However, it did not cook up as nice as I had expected. the inside of only some of them were still somewhat hard, with the outside soft. They do have a nice flavor.
It cooks well and tastes good. Very filling too!
Healthy, Versatile, and Easy to make. I highly recommend this product. Try a cold pasta salad like I did. Great flavor and texture!!

This rotini is so delicious and the next best thing to real rotini. I usually cook the about 3 minutes longer that what the box says. You will think you are eating regular pasta, but this is 100% lentils and with 21 grams of protein per serving. I prefer the rotini over of the penne or the elbow which are a little dry and chewy.

Tastes great and is healthy. It's my view that this "pasta" has very little starch content (there's only 1 ingredient: lentils) , unlike most other traditional pastas and many alternative pastas. As I see it, the problem even with many new alternative non-wheat pastas is that they still contain grains, such as Quinoa, which may be better than wheat in some ways, but still contain a LOT of starch. This product contains only lentils, and judging by the density, I'd say the glycemic index number must be quite close to cooked lentils in whole form, which should mean it's great for those looking to avoid starches (anyone looking to lose weight or keep their blood sugar level at normal/stable levels). Each serving also contains a solid 21g of protein. 5 stars!
