I gave it to my mom because she had tried it in an indian cuisine so she made it and loved it. She said it was easy to cook and very delicious.

Organic Sprouted Mung Beans

I can't find organic mung beans and love these because they are both organic and sprouted! I read that mung beans are good for you and try to incorporate them into my legume recipes.

Super easy suppers

I love how easy these are to prepare. I add them to leftover vegetables and add olive oil and sea salt to make an easy hash for lunches. They are great leftover also.

- Sandy

Uneven cooking

I love mung beans but these don't cook evenly. I've even greatly overcooked them a few times and still end up with some hard beans. Started sprouting my own with much more success.

Part of our weekly diet!!!

Amazing little sprouted beans. Cook SUPER fast and taste really amazing. We use them to top salads or in a veggie bowl. They are also sprouted, which I love (saving me a lot of time sprouting on my own)!

AMAZING, nutty and versatile.

Seriously can't say enough good things. These are a staple in my kitchen. They cook in like 5 minutes, have an amazing nutty flavor and are very filling. Love them on top of salads, with roasted veggies, in soups, or by themselves.

No Gas Bean!

These truRoots Organic Sprouted Mung Beans are wonderful! I LOVE that they are a "no gas" style bean. They digest so much more comfortable than regular beans, those that were not sprouted. My family loves these beans and I haven't told them the difference yet.

- L. Calderon

Great Beans!

Getting my daily required amount of fiber is difficult some days. I only like certain beans and want them cooked a certain way. These Organic Sprouted Mung Beans help bean soup and other bean dishes go down smoothly. These have a good taste to them and are versatile for many different types of dishes.

- A. Long

Best beans ever!

Top 3 reason to try these beans: 1. They are delicious. 2. They are easy to cook. 3. No need for Beano! These are gasless beans!

- Dana

So Good!

This is my first time trying mung beans. I found a recipe for a hearty soup with lots of good spices and coconut milk. These are delicious! They don't get mushy when simmered for a long period of time and have a very mild flavor. Great quality and taste!
