I don’t use this a lot but I really like it for what it is!

This gelatin does what gelatin should do. It dissolves completely, if allowed to bloom first in cool or room temperature clear liquid and is stirred vigorously as the hot liquid is poured in. Depending upon how much gelatin is being used will determine the area needed to allow for blooming and the speed of sprinkling the gelatin onto the liquid. Really appreciate the handy canister. Seals well between uses. While the gelatin has an ever so slight scent in the canister, it adds no taste whatsoever to the coffee, tea, pie, etc. to which it is added.
