Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Dark Brown Sugar
I really like this organic dark brown sugar, it taste great.
Fix for hard sugar
If you find your brown sugar is a rock, put a slice of bread in the container. By next day the sugar is perfect again. Old housewife trick....
This is perfect for my baked beans recipe because it stands up to the strong flavors of smoky bacon and tomatoes.
Very moist, rich sugar
High-quality and good packaging
We use a lot of brown sugar in our home. My wife cooks a lot, and for that, I'm thankful. Unfortunately, we've seen so many times where the brown sugar was already hardened in the bag when we bought it. We've never had any problem with this brand, and that's why it's the one I always pick up. Wife's happy with it, so I'm happy.

I love this stuff. For some reason, my husband really loves dark brown sugar in his coffee instead of regular sugar. I don't really understand it, but I use it for my baking, so I try to buy the best version possible. This is it! He loves how it tastes in his coffee, and it works so well for my baking purposes. It seems to make my shortbread especially delicious - and my cookies too.

I generally have trouble finding deep, dark brown sugar. This brand cannot be beat! I keep mine in a large ziploc bag (as the packaging usually doesn't stay closed) and it never hardens. All around amazing.
This is good for making water Kiefer. It gives the water just right sweetness… The Kiefer grains eat most of it up so you're not really getting a lot of sugar.
Put in an air tight container and it still gets hard. Great flavor. Use it for baking all the time. Keep a mallet handy.
