Reviews For Organic Molasses

Strong flavor

I used this for a pulled pork - the molasses is thick and strong-smelling (in a good way), and the dish turned out delicious. Plus it seems to keep well, since I don't use it very often.

High Mineral Content

I bought this for two main reasons, one I thought and it would have a carmel/coffee like flavor; however it does not at all. More like licorice and very strong, almost like a medicine taste. This is first time I had this stuff. I was wanting to use it with vanilla non dairy milk, raw cacao, maca, bananas, ice and make a smoothie to come out like those fake starbucks frappes. It just doesnt have that taste I was hoping for. However it does have a good amount of iron and calcium in a tablespoon and so I will use it sparingly for those benefits and as a secondary sweetner to my raw honey <3 Christopher

Good molasses, good bargain, fits on the shelf nicely. Leaked a bit in transit, but not much.

Great for bread

I use this to enrich my home-made bread with extra iron and other nutrients. It really improves the flavor, too.

Decreases Female Pain

Someone recommended molasses as a way to reduce my female cramps during certain times of the month, so I thought I'd try the organic version for more of the Earth's natural minerals in it. This actually works surprisingly well. I normally would drink green tea during that time, and it helped reduce things a bit, but adding a teaspoon of this molasses actually helps relieve it even more. I'm not saying they're completely gone, but they go from "Ouch. I really can't move" to "This sucks, but I'll live". It's become a must-have to help me get things done when I'm in pain. Will definitely keep purchasing.

Great to make sugar and sauce

I buy this molasses to make my own brown sugar, which is just a mix of white sugar and molasses, but you need to get the portions just right or it's just becomes glop.

Molasses is also great for a booster shot if you need iron, potassium or magnesium and you're not getting enough. I just mix in with protein shakes or juice, and I get what my body needs for the day, no sweat.

Pure, unfiltered molasses

This is the real thing, pure molasses made without artificial sweeteners, toxins or colors.

It tastes a lot like the stuff my mom made in Louisiana, and that was as good as it gets. This is a great addition to cookies, but I use it to make my famous barbecue sauce. When you slather this on the grill, that molasses taste gets deep into the meat, and it just packs a ton of flavor.

Great product!

I love this product! I use it mostly for making organic brown sugar as it is so much more cost effective than buying organic brown sugar! I also use it in baked beans & homemade BBQ sauce!
