Reviews For Spirulina Gluten-Free Pizza Crust
Based on 9 Reviews
Pretty darn good.
These are excellent tasting crust alternatives for diabetics, gluten-free folks and what have you. They are sized for personal, small-pan pizza sizes. HARD as heck to bit through, but tastes absolutely great. 2 to a package, so they are a bit expensive, but they have an incredible taste if you add your marinara sauce, cheese and toppings as a pizza.
I'd give them 5 stars, but I have to BITE down very hard.

Great product to make a healthy, vegan, gf pizza with 15g of protein.

Nice and crispy!
I was very happy with my purchase. The taste was good. I spiced it up with jalapeño added to my toppings.

Very different, nice alternative.
This was very different, but they cook up nice, and after the sauce, organic cheese and meat were added, this was a great pizza. the size is a bit small for the price, but to know these are out there and can be bought for a very healthy pizza enjoyment, is nice to have.
Not for me
Looks like others liked it a lot, which is why I decided to try it...however it just isn't for me. I didn't like the taste at all, and I actually couldn't finish it...maybe I'm not organic enough for this LOL...it's def something a person would need to develop a taste for and get use too...but this was too much for me..I'm going to see if my son will eat it, because I will not eat the second one.
If you like thin crust
Reminding me of a tostada shell, I was initially apprehensive about how it would turn out. When I make pizza I pile on so many veggies they rarely fit, and I only put a sprinkle of cheese if any. I love experimenting with a variety of crusts, but I don't like them to be too crunchy although thin is fine. So I figured this crust might need a little extra sauce to potentially help keep it from getting too crisp while all my veggies baked.
The crust held together very well, cut easily enough and still had the ability to hold the mountain of toppings without breaking, while at the same time not being crunchy/crisp. It ended up with a somewhat chewy texture which I rather enjoyed! I'd use them again for sure, especially for the nutritional value!!
I really had my doubts about this product but decided to try it anyway. I am so happy I did! I get to eat pizza again, but in a healthy way. I love it.
Our new favorite pizza crust! YUM!!!
Great Pizza Crust
Ordering this was out of my comfort zone but I decided to try something new. Soooo glad I did. No pre-cooking the crust. No soggy crust after the pizza is done even with lots of toppings. It tastes good even the next day. Gluten-free and great taste!
