Prepared overnight oats (about ¾ cup)
¼ cup Greek yogurt (or yogurt of choice)
¼ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
½ a banana
2 tablespoons hemp seeds, plus more for serving (optional)
Berries, for serving (optional)
In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little more milk for a looser consistency. Serve with your choice of toppings, like berries and hemp seeds.
