As a quick treat or a great make-ahead breakfast, chia pudding serves up antioxidants and healthy fats. Potent matcha powder adds even more of an energy boost.
Yield: 2 to 3 servings

Total Time: 20 minutes
Whisk or blend together almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and matcha until smooth. Pour the liquid over the chia seeds and stir thoroughly. Let mixture sit 15 minutes or overnight, covered, in fridge.
Stir chia pudding again to break up any clumps and spoon into bowls. Top bowls with raspberries and hemp seeds to serve.
