Yield: 1 pizza
Total Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients
3 tablespoons lukewarm water
1 tablespoon Thrive Market Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Thrive Market Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 bag Thrive Market Paleo Pizza Crust Mix
1/2 cup Thrive Market Organic Tomato Sauce
Handful of dairy-free cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine water, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl. Add pizza crust mix and stir until a moist dough forms. Form the dough into a ball and transfer to a sheet of greased wax paper.
Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a 12-inch circle, then prick it with a fork. Transfer the crust to a baking sheet and parbake for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove the crust from the oven and top it with tomato sauce.
Sprinkle with your favorite toppings. Return the pie to the oven and bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool, slice, and serve.
