Half the fun of the holiday is the imagination behind the costumes. This Halloween, we’re challenging you to make a creative DIY Halloween costume out of an upcycled Thrive Market box. Our followers will vote for their favorites, and the winner will take home a $500 gift card to Thrive Market.

And we’re not just talking about cutting two holes in a sheet and calling it a ghost. We’re asking for the craziest, scariest, and sweetest costumes you can think of. To inspire you, we rounded up some of our favorite entries from last year’s contest below.

Between the detailing on the skirt, emerald green wings, and fabulous crown, this fairy outfit from Instagram user @wjennaa would wow even the judges on “Project Runway.”

1. Make a costume out of a recycled Thrive Market box and materials you already have.
2. Anyone can participate—adults, kids, babies, and pets! Just take a photo of someone wearing the costume.
3. Upload your photo to Instagram or Twitter using the hashtag #Thriveoween and mention @thrivemarket.
4. Vote for your favorite costume by Sunday, October 30. Tell your friends! We’ll announce the winner on Monday, October 31 on social media.
