Versatile kitchen staple

This is my first time trying avocado oil and I'm very impressed. It is light and great for a variety of cooking uses. Will be using consistently.

Amazing Salad Dressing

So simple to shake this with a little champagne vinegar or whatever and add avocados to your salad and wonder where this has been all your life.

Great tasting!

I've used it to fry eggs, and in salad dressings; absolutely love the taste of it!

Great all-purpose oil

I really like using this oil because it has healthy fats and is so versatile--cooking, salad dressing, etc., and no strong flavors that might interfere. Love the color too.

When I Fry

Trying not to use canola and other oils. I fry very infrequently--mostly salmon croquettes and I do like to use avocado oil for this recipe.

Great Buy

Excellent product at a great price!

too strong

I bought this the other day at Sprouts. It was so strong it's fragrance and taste was not unlike EVOO. I gave the un opened one away and tossed the one i did open.

Yummy!

Great alternative for a medium heat cooking oil! Tasty not to strong of a flavor.

Avacado Oil

I like this stuff, i'll purchase again. I've been adding a little to all of my meals to increase my fat intake.

Very distinct taste.

I know avocados carry many nutritional values. And I had read that avocado oil was more beneficial than olive oil. After several uses, I decided that I would not grow fond of the taste. Unlike olive oil, it lacked the avocado flavor or even a slight undertone. Can't quite pinpoint what it tasted like, but I completely missed the avocado.

Fine Oil but, Thin Can

I bought this oil for cooking as well as mixing with my lotions. Being an avid cook, I have used almond oils, olive oils and coconut oils but, this one was best for making home made mayo's and cream pastes for chicken or fish. The temperature threshold his high which made it even better for frying.

Like coconut oil, I mixed this with a general lotion for added aroma and moisturizer. I love this oil but the can is to thin. I did not receive it damaged but when I stored it next to other cans, they dented it just from normal use and movement. That is why it got 4 stars.

Awesome hair product

I heard about this as a hair product from a YouTube video and decided to give it a try because I already love using it for cooking. I don't typically like oils in my hair but I gave this a shot because I heard it is light and scentless. I swear by it now! It has improved the texture of my hair tremendously, I even use it on my skin as well.
