Against the Grain, Pizza Shell, Three Cheese

Not a great taste

at first I was disappointed my own item came cracked but decided to try it anyways. maybe the best GF crust i have ever had. it's not chalky, dry or crumbly like most gf crust. it was doughy and soft and the cheese flavor wasn't overwhelming which was perfect. Definitely will be ordering more!

this crest is cheesy and cooks up crisp. I have tried it plain as well as dressed up with marinara and pesto, each variation has been delicious.

This was not great until we baked our pizza on a preheated pizza stone which was a game changer. Changes the texture of the crust which was a little gummy before.

This has a particularly unpleasant aftertaste and is just generally disappointing. It does get crunchy, but it's not worth it.

I’ve had bad luck finding a good Grain free pizza crust that doesn’t bake up gooey and raw. This came and looked promising, did not remain that way. Upon baking, it became gooey and raw. Could not eat it. Won’t buy these again

This crust was DELISH, and no bad ingredients! Paired with Primal Kitchens Unsweetened Pizza Sauce (from Thrive), this is now my go-to pizza! However, I buy th crust locally, Thrive contracts their frozen orders from another company, and I have not gotten a single order correct, they always leave items out and add other items not ordered.

I have not used this yet so I cannot review the taste. However, it is annoying that it was fractured in three pieces. I will still use, but not buy again.

I’ve been looking for a premade gluten free crust that wasn’t cauliflower based (my kids aren’t a fan). This crust is perfect for build your own pizza night. It gets crispy and doesn’t have a weird taste. One of my families favorite purchases!

Really love how these taste or hold the toppings.
