Bobo’s started by accident in 2003, on a rainy day in Boulder, Colorado. Beryl Stafford and her daughter (nicknamed “Bobo”) decided to clean out the pantry and do some baking. After mixing it all together, they baked their concoction and patiently waited to see the results.
