Bob's Red Mill, Gluten Free Pie Crust Mix

Bag had a tear and it appears much had probably already spilled out before packing but as soon as I picked up a puff of flour appeared

It’s hard finding good gluten free alternatives and this one is it!

This is my favorite Gluten Free pie crust. I have made sweet and savory pies with this mix and don’t miss regular pie crusts any more. I know I could make my own easily but this is better than what I have made so far from scratch. I have had to add more water than the recipe calls for to make this, but it always turns out great and people don’t think it’s gluten free it’s so good. I would add a little salt to the mix for savory crusts.

Bakes well and holds together

Have not tried yet but bob mills stuff is always good!!

Finally a GF product that’s easy to use and tastes great.

Before we had to bake gf I always made my own pie crust. It’s been tough adapting recipes so this mix makes a really good crust from scratch similar to my old recipe!

This is my favorite GF pie crust hands down!

It was fine but kinda crumbly

easy to follow instructions and tastes like a real crust
