Bob's Red Mill, Gluten-Free Vegan Egg Replacer

This product was AWFUL!!! I bought this for someone who can’t have eggs right now. It made the dessert bubble up like you would see a science experiment do.

Now that eggs require a second mortgage, I'm likely to reorder!

I can't eat eggs. And this has been a lifesaver for a recipe is an anything that needs.eggs added into it i would highly recommend it

This is a great egg replacement in most things for people who are allergic or don’t tolerate eggs well.

I decided to buy this recently because of the recent bird flu outbreaks. I used it while making a small batch of cookies. It was fantastic. I couldn't tell the difference between the recent batch and my previous cookies with eggs mixed in the batter. I heavily recommend it.

Has worked nicely in my recipes!

I've tried this multiple times in different baked goods, following the instructions. Things always fell flat, literally, after coming out of the oven. When I use another egg replacement like chia or flax, baked goods hold their shape and don't deflate, making them much less dense than whatever I make with this.

My sister uses these in her baking and it works beautifully.
