Though a fire nearly ended the company’s future for good just a year later, the mill was eventually rebuilt to be better than ever. Today, each of Bob’s Red Mill facilities include old world engineering that would be found in a traditional stone mill, which ensures the most nutritious parts of the whole grain remain in tact.
