These are a staple for my kids. They make the perfect homemade Mac because they hold their form and texture well. The added protein is a major bonus. They just taste like regular noodles though. Not like the weird flavor of a lot of other “protein noodles” on the market right now. These are a win

I add this to our chopped salads - it holds up well and adds that additional needed protein!

Maybe I’m traumatized by other protein pastas, so my expectations were low but the texture of this is amazing! Just slightly more chewy than regular pasta but not at all tough. Still savory and very filling!
