Whether you’re a morning espresso drinker, afternoon coffee savorer, or anything in-between, Canyon Coffee has a brew to help you slink away from the busy and enjoy a moment of calm.

The History of Canyon Coffee

Casey Wojtalewicz, Ally Walsh, and James Klapp started Canyon Coffee in a Los Angeles apartment in 2016. Inspired by their daily morning ritual, as well as travels around the world (like enjoying after-dinner espressos in Rome or morning cappuccinos in Paris), they wanted to create an experience for people to enjoy a moment of mindfulness in their own kitchens. The brand took off in neighborhood pop-ups and sold directly to local boutiques before expanding to larger retailers, including places like Thrive Market.

Canyon Coffee Company Mission

Canyon Coffee believes a comforting brew can add warmth and connection to your daily life. They value sourcing organic beans, developing long-term relationships with their community and farms, and educating everyone on how they can brew delicious coffee every day.

Benefits of Canyon Coffee

Everyone’s caffeine ritual will look different, but these benefits will never change.

Canyon Coffee meticulously sources certified organic single-origin beans and roasts them in-house.
The brand establishes long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with farmers, partners, and collaborators at every stage of the supply chain, prioritizing the wellbeing of their team rather than growth for growth’s sake.
