Chile peppers have been a staple of Mexican and Tex-Mex dishes for centuries. The combination of spice and flavor is difficult to match in any one ingredient.

Hatch Chile Company knows how important that key ingredient is to your taco night, chili recipe, nacho plate, and more. With that in mind, it strives to provide great organic options to give you all the flavor - and peace of mind - you're looking for.

The History of Hatch Chile Company

The Hatch Chile Company was founded more than three decades ago in Albuquerque, New Mexico, which has remained its base of operations even as it grew over the years.

Selecting the finest chile peppers grown in Southern New Mexico, the company is dedicated to providing the highest-quality, hand-picked, organic chile-based products on the market, while supporting local, small-operation growers in the process.

Hatch Chile Company Mission

Hatch not only aims to make a great product, but to do so responsibly. It was the first national brand to stop using monosodium glutamate in its enchilada sauces, and today uses non-GMO, organic, gluten-free sauces and ingredients instead.
