Miracle Noodle, Organic Ready to Eat Fettuccine Style Noodles

Been trying to expand keto recipes and decided to try these kognac noodles. I have had some in the past and they just felt like wet rubber. But following the directions and "drying" these in a hot skillet until they squeak really made these work! They are about 95% the texture I am looking for in pasta dishes without the pasta. Nothing will ever fully replace real pasta, but I don't feel like I'm missing out with these.

This might be my favorite keto friendly food out here. Love it with a good clam sauce, or a meat sauce. The noodles whole up well.
