Miracle Noodle, Organic Ready to Eat Rice Style

hubby and I tried this the other night. I like that it's clean and only 5 calories.

I love this product. Does it taste like rice, no but it takes on the flavor of what you put with it. Great for we who eat Keto. Be sure to rince it before cooking.

We have been avoiding pasta and rice since starting keto. Substitutes we have tried have not hit the mark, been to high in net carb count, or just a bit more work than wanted for a quick dinner. Miracle noodle rice cooks up fast, zero net carbs per serving, and was very good under our shrimp keto friendly paanang curry. We will using this regularly for our rice substitute!!

I thought it would be dry rice, but it was soaked in moisture.

So easy! I’ll never mess up on my rice being too done or not done enough again!

It did not have any flavor and had the mouth feel of tapioca.

….a requirement in my keto repertoire!
