The History of NuttZo

NuttZo was first inspired by founder Danielle Dietz-LiVolsi’s first son, Gregory. Gregory was a Ukrainian orphan and LiVolsi was concerned about providing her son with a diet rich in the nutrients he was lacking. When she decided to incorporate nut butters into his diet, she realized there weren’t many available with the organic nutrients she was after so she decided to make her own. She loaded her blends with superfoods like flax seeds, cashews, almonds, sunflower seeds, and vitamin E tocopherols, and before she knew it, she ignited a nut butter sensation.

NuttZo started with a desire to make a delicious, nut-based spread that everyone could enjoy. The concept was simple: low-sugar, nutrient-dense, and delicious.
