This product has excellent ingredients: good selection of organic nuts and seeds. Even has Brazil nuts, which is great for selenium. A modest amount of sugar. Very healthy. Unfortunately, it doesn't taste like much. Not much chocolate flavor. None of the nuts stand out much either.

I received this as a gift with my order. I was pretty disappointed in the taste of it. It has a chalky, very mild chocolate taste. The ingredients list cashews, almonds, cacao as the first three ingredients but I think the pumpkin seed taste overpowers it.
