The History of PROBAR

Founder Jeff Coleman moved to Park City, Utah in 2002. After spending time exploring the local trails (and realizing Philly cheesesteaks, his favorite guilty pleasure, aren’t the best option for refueling), he set out to make better decisions about his own nutrition. Coleman started working with a food coach who helped him embrace real food, and hasn’t looked back since! But it wasn’t until he tried a locally made energy bar that he was inspired to create his own—something truly delicious, that wasn’t at all reminiscent of flavored cardboard.
