Simple Mills, Sweet Thins, Lemon

These were a tasty and a nice change of pace over the original flavor.

These have a weird flavor and an extremely odd and unlikable aftertaste that is sort of bitter. I can’t figure out if it’s because they’re using seed flour or there’s too much lemon oil. Tried to dip into yogurt, jam, and ice cream to help mask the flavor, but it ruined the taste of whatever it was eaten with. I typically love Simple Mills, but these were yuck.
