The History of Talenti

Founder Josh Hochschuler fell in love with Argentinian gelato while living in Buenos Aires in the 1990s. After apprenticing and learning the craft, he started Talenti in 2003 and opened his first shop in Dallas, Texas.

And to ensure maximum flavor, ingredients are steeped and simmered with fresh milk and cream for at least 45 minutes.
