Talenti's founder fell in love with Argentinian gelato while living in Buenos Aires in the 1990s. He learned the craft and brought it to the U.S in 2003, where the brand continues to make Old World-style gelatos and sorbettos that will capture your heart (and taste buds).

We won’t tell you to pick a favorite flavor because when the gelato’s this good, it’s nearly impossible to choose.
Founder Josh Hochschuler fell in love with Argentinian gelato while living in Buenos Aires in the 1990s. After apprenticing and learning the craft, he started Talenti in 2003 and opened his first shop in Dallas, Texas.
Talenti makes Old World–style gelatos and sorbettos that are sure to capture your heart (and taste buds).
To create their expansive flavor line, Talenti sources the highest-quality ingredients from around the world, like vanilla beans from Madagascar and mangoes from Maharashtra. Plus, their signature dulce de leche uses an Argentinian recipe that has been passed down for generations. And to ensure maximum flavor, ingredients are steeped and simmered with fresh milk and cream for at least 45 minutes.
Fill your freezer with Talenti’s top pints.
This dynamic gelato uses generous amounts of Madagascar vanilla beans for standout flavor. Thrive Market member Caroline from New Jersey puts her own spin on it, saying “I add some olive oil, sea salt, and a few chocolate chips for the most elevated dessert.”
For this rich and decadent dessert, Talenti adds semi-sweet chocolate morsels and a dash of vermouth. Kristi from Texas says “this tastes amazing, especially if you are a chocolate fanatic.”
Cool down with a dairy-free and vegan sorbet made with intense raspberry flavor and a hint of lemon. Danielle from North Dakota says “we fight over this a bit in my house. It's a favorite treat and everyone wants it!”
Whipping up a batch of ice cream at home is easier than you might think, and many recipes don’t require special equipment, just a blender.
Put your high-speed blender to work by adding avocado, coconut milk, protein powder, maple syrup, and matcha for a sweet treat you can serve fro-yo style.
This dairy-free recipe uses oat milk as the base, and the addition of vanilla extract and beans amps up the flavor.
For a keto-friendly dessert, this recipe fits the bill for a light and low-sugar option that’s extra refreshing thanks to peppermint extract.
