Why You’ll Love It

As if chocolate granola couldn’t get any better, Purely Elizabeth gave its version a gut-friendly boost using a patented strain of probiotics, known as GanedenBC30, which has a protective spore that can survive the baking process. That means that while you’re eating delicious crunchy, baked granola, you’re also getting a potent dose of probiotics that will leap into action once they reach the gut. Purely Elizabeth Granola is gluten-free, vegan, and non-GMO. It’s made from ancient grains, oats, seeds, organic coconut oil, and organic coconut sugar (a low-glycemic and unrefined sweetener). Throw in chunks of fair trade dark chocolate and coarse sea salt, and you have a delectable breakfast or snack.

About This Brand

My goal was simple. I wanted to provide healthier, better-tasting alternatives to what was currently on the market. At the time, I was just learning about all these incredibly powerful superfoods like quinoa, chia seeds and coconut oil and realized they weren’t being incorporated into products on the grocery shelf. So I set out to recreate the most delicious food products using these innovative, nutrient-rich ingredients. In 2009, when our first product line was introduced, we were at the forefront of the ancient grain and chia movement. Today, we continue to stay a step ahead of the curve, incorporating little-known ancient grains like kaniwa and using coconut sugar to sweeten our products. Our goal is to continue to redefine the standards of packaged foods.

My new favorite granola! I especially like the sweet/salty combination. It goes great with almond milk or on top of unsweetened coconut yogurt!

My yogurt's bestie

This goes great with my yogurt for breakfast. It is not as sweet as it's blueberry cousin which is a welcomed change on the mornings when I'm alternating between the two.
