Chocolate chip heaven
I was looking for a chocolate chip cookie recipe that would satisfy my husband longing for cookies and would be easy enough for
me to make quickly, but would be excellent. I plan to use this
with my grandsons when we have an overnighter. This definitely did it for me. Great taste,,easy to make. Going to order 5 more boxes.

GREAT COOKIE MIX
Probably the one of the best gluten free cookies I have ever tried!
Addicting. So. Addicting
I added peanut butter to my mix as a fun suggestion from the box. Well simple mills we ended up not needing to refrigerate the cookies because there were none. Lol. Great mix. I'd definitely buy again and pre make and freeze then ahead of time as a great treat.

These were delicious! Hard to believe that they're Paleo. They can be soft and chewy or crispy, depending on how long you bake them.
These are a great grain-free chocolate chip cookie. They bake up a bit darker than you may be used to, but that doesn't affect the taste at all.
The only drawback to me is that the mix only makes 12 small cookies. I almost never make them just for myself, so 12 don't go very far (with 7 grandchildren!).
paleo, delicious, haven't found anything that i like more than this.
I was worried these would taste terrible (earlier experiments with coconut and almond flour baking), but they were DELICIOUS! I will definitely buy again.
The box I got had different instructions than the one pictured here. My recipe called for a milk substitute, vanilla, and oil/butter. I used coconut milk and expeller pressed canola oil, and the cookies turned out fantastic! They're probably as close to homemade as you can get from a box mix and taste just as good as wheat flour cookies. I've been really impressed with most the products I've tried from this brand so far! These were definitely delicious!
I have tried making several different Paleo sweet treats, and they all have been sort of "meh." Not these, and they're so easy and fast! It takes no time at all to whip these up and they are absolutely delicious! These will be a staple in our household. In fact, all of the SImple Mills products are amazing.
Easy & delicious
My toddler and I made this today. Very easy to make with things I always have in the kitchen. They were delicious great flavor and texture. You would never guess they were grain free and healthy. My toddler loved them too.

Awesome wheat free treat
Easy to make and very tasty. No wheat flour and fairly low carb content. Tip: keep them in refrigerator, otherwise they can be a bit 'limp'.
Tasty, easy to make, everyone loves these. Great healthy ingredient list. THANK YOU Simple Mills.

I ordered 2 boxes of this cookie mix at the same time. Two different boxes with 2 different directions. One said to add milk, one said to add eggs. Other ingredients were the same. Ingredients were a little different as well. Nutrition count - different. I planned on making then2 boxes at the same time, doubling the recipe. The 2 boxes have 2 different expiration dates, but very close together. I'll revise the rating as I cook them........
Best grain free cookie
Used Chia seed as egg replacer and it was excellent!
I am new to a Paleo diet and have struggled to find an appropriate snack. After making these cookies, I found them to be better than some recipes I have tried, but not as good as old fashioned cookies. In searching our local health food store, there are few mixes out there that are Paleo approved.
This mix is the best! Better than my own attempts, this mix has the perfect ratio of everything.
I brought these to a dinner party. Everyone was skeptical that almond flour cookies would taste good. They loved them -- disappeared as soon as we served them. Better than wheat flour cc cookies; they taste lighter and fresher!
I loved these as did my family and picky 4 year old.
Made these last night with coconut oil, and they were delicious! I rarely leave reviews but thought this was noteworthy enough to support!
These were really good. Chewy/crunchy. They didn't spread out so next time I will flatten them more
My husband and I absolutely love these cookies. Sweet tooth cravings equals a check mate!
You may be surprised at how good these cookies are. Also, the chocolate cake mix -- I added ½ bag of organic chocolate chips -- super yum!

For a paleo cookie these were awesome. Can't speak to how they are after cooling down (if they're crispy or crumbly) because my boyfriend and I ate the entire batch before they'd even cooled down. Call that a cheat day for sure. But regardless, these are great.
Love these cookies, taste so good, even a non paleo eater will enjoy!
Best Paleo Cookie
These are better than the ones I make from scratch.
simple mills almond chocolate chip cookie mix
best cookie mix, very healthy, I've ever found, and delicious!!
Simple mills chocolate chip cookies
Super yummy, not real sweet.
Great Paleo Cookie Mix
I thought this mix rivaled my homemade Paleo version cookies. Great for making cookies in a pinch that taste good and are good for you!
These cookies were delicious! I even made the mistake of leaving out the oil and they were still flavorful and light. Very easy to make and I love the fact that they are gluten and dairy free, have lots of protein, low sugar, and simple ingredients. I've tried many homemade gluten and dairy free cookie recipes that can't compete with these. The ease of making cookies from a box was wonderful! For some people they weren't a sweet enough. I personally felt they were perfect to satisfy my sweet tooth cookie craving without feeling too sweet. Love them!
These are amazing but definitely**NOT PALEO** because of the added cane juice. Just an fyi to those trying to follow the diet religiously
Simple Mills makes great products!
I love Simple Mills. I keep a box or two of these on hand for when I don't want to bake from scratch. They keep well in the refrigerator. I wish Thrive would carry the waffle mix. That is by far my favorite. I make the waffles for my kids almost every week.
Chocolate Chip Cookies
I made these cookies using the mix and they are good but nothing to rave about. The texture of the cookies is fine and I like the coconut flavor but I find the chocolate taste to be flat.

Theses are good, but not the sweet satisfying taste I hoped for. A bit cake/ bread like rather than sweet. That said I WILL buy again. My family and I topped these with Nutella for a bit more dessert like treat. :-)
