A Perfectly Pink Pomegranate Smoothie, Just in Time for Valentine’s Day

Kids of all ages will love this sweet, pastel-hued fruit smoothie. Plus, pomegranate’s powerful dose of antioxidants makes it “heart”-healthy in more ways than one.

Pomegranate-Strawberry Smoothie

Yield: 1 to 2 servings
Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

1 frozen banana
2 teaspoons pomegranate powder
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon hemp hearts
1 cup coconut water

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
