Just because you want to catch the latest episode of The Bachelorette doesn’t mean you have to lay around all night—there are plenty of easy ways to squeeze in some fitness during TV time.

Take every commercial break as a break from sitting on the couch. Try stretching or doing a few jumping jacks or pushups. Even bookmark a five-minute yoga video on your computer just for this purpose!
