We developed this recipe to share with our friends at The Garden School Foundation. Farm fresh and full of hidden essential nutrients, this refreshing, sugar-free smoothie is the perfect summer snack for kids—they won’t even know the spinach is in there, we promise!
Yield: 2 smoothies
Active Time: 5 minutes
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup baby spinach
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 Medjool date, pitted
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Place all the ingredients together in a blender and blend on high until well incorporated. Serve cold.
