A Sugar-Free Blueberry Smoothie to Jump-Start Your Mornings

We developed this recipe to share with our friends at The Garden School Foundation. Farm fresh and full of hidden essential nutrients, this refreshing smoothie is the perfect summer snack for kids—they won't even know the spinach is in there, we promise!

Hidden Greens Blueberry Smoothie

Yield:  2 smoothies 
Active Time:

Ingredients

1 cup coconut water 
1/2 cup baby spinach 
1 frozen banana 
1 cup frozen blueberries 
1 Medjool date, pitted 
2 tablespoons hemp seeds 
1 tablespoon chia seeds 

Instructions

 Place all the ingredients together in a blender and blend on high until well incorporated.  Serve cold.
