PB&J Overnight Oats Recipe

Total Time: 5 minutes (plus overnight in the fridge)

Ingredients:

2 cups Thrive Market Organic Old-Fashioned Oats
1 cup Minor Figures Organic Barista Oat Milk
3/4 cup boiling water
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup Thrive Market Organic Hemp Seed Hearts
1/4 cup Thrive Market Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Instructions:

⅔ cup Thrive Market Organic Strawberry Fruit Spread
Chopped peanuts for topping (optional)

Combine the oats, milk, and boiling water in a large mixing bowl.

Add the Greek yogurt, hemp hearts, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt. Mix to combine.

Portion the jam evenly into the bottom of 6 jars, then divide the oat mixture evenly into each.

Top with chopped peanuts and cover with lids. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
