Serve a healthier holiday cocktail at your next party! The raspberry sorbet is sweetened with honey, not refined sugar, and looks especially festive alongside rosé champagne.

Raspberry Sorbet Champagne Floats

Yield: 8 servings
Active Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 2 hours

2 (10-ounce) packages frozen raspberries
¼ cup raw honey
¼ cup orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Champagne, for serving

Place raspberries, honey, orange juice, and vanilla in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade attachment. Process until the mixture is smooth, thick, creamy, and resembles sorbet. Transfer mixture into a bowl, cover, and freeze for a minimum of 2 hours.
