At Thrive Market, we’re committed to supporting healthy communities and helping them grow. October is recognized by LA County as Girl Empowerment Month, in a move to bring visibility to the role of gender equality in the workplace. So we invited 30 local high school ladies to check out Thrive HQ, learn some healthy smoothie recipes, and pick the brains of some of our female employees.

Not only were we blown away by their thoughtful questions about how to find your voice in the workplace, plan a career, and choose the best foods to fuel your body, we were amazed by their knowledge of healthy eating. If you thought we were experts in all things coconut oil, wait until you hear what these girls have to say!

On their way out, these awesome girls all received a free Thrive Gives membership to help them continue making healthy, wholesome choices. Know an incredible student who'd love a free Thrive Market membership? Click here to apply!

We believe that everyone deserves the right to access healthy food. But even in the United States, it can prove impossible for some families. So we created Thrive Gives: a program that gives access, family by family, to affordable, healthy, and wholesome food. Click here to see if you qualify for a free Thrive Gives membership!
