great idea, but disappointing - by JenniferI was hopeful I would love this but the taste, smell, and texture are pretty rough. other reviews are pretty spot on about the funky taste/smell. I found the texture on top of the bad taste and smell made this inedible. I tried to cook it extra long for a better texture and to cook off the bad taste... but it still failed to make it work. I love the idea for ramen alternative, but I think konjac is way better off as an exfoliating sponge!
