Build a Vegan Meze Board

A meze board is a great no-fuss appetizer option—it’s easy to make vegan so everyone can enjoy it. Start with a classic, creamy hummus like Hummustir, then arrange it alongside all kinds of tasty vegan nibbles like olives, artichoke hearts, breads, and peppers. It’ll be ready in less than 20 minutes, so you can join the party.

Vegan Meze Board

What you need

A large platter or serving board
1 (7-ounce) container Hummustir, Mediterranean Hummus
Stuffed grape leaves
Artichoke hearts
Black or green olives
Torn pita or naan
Roasted red tomatoes
Vegan falafel
Grilled mushrooms
Quinoa tabbouleh
Charred lemon slices
Fresh parsley, chopped
Fresh rosemary, chopped
Flaky salt
Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

Mix the Hummustir hummus according to package instructions and spread it in the center of a large platter. Arrange the other components alongside, until platter is filled. Scatter flaky salt and herbs over the top, and finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
