“I love having dinner parties with my chosen family year round, but especially during Pride Month as a reminder that community is everything. I usually ask people to bring something shareable and easy, and not to stress about it. Let’s focus on spending time together more than making a fancy meal (bringing a bottle of wine is fine for those who don’t cook!)

These easy Caesar salad boats are a crowd pleaser and come together in literally 5 minutes. It’s great to have something green and fresh on the table — a quality Caesar dressing works best, and using little gem or romaine lettuce keeps them crisp, fresh, and easy to hold.”
