With ingredients like nut milk, honey, and spices, this frothy sip has all the makings of a classic golden milk latte, but we’ve blended in a scoop of turmeric-flavored bone broth powder for an added boost of protein. It’s the perfect five-minute recipe to transition you from winter to spring.

Instructions

Add the almond milk, honey, turmeric, ginger, and pepper to a small saucepan and whisk over low heat; simmer 5 minutes. Pour into a blender and add protein powder; blend until frothy, about 1 minute. Pour latte into a mug and sprinkle with cinnamon.
