Boiled Eggs With Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus Soldiers

“I always think a fresh salad is a good addition. It’s smart to put more veggies in the pan (like cauliflower or zucchini) when roasting the bacon-wrapped asparagus, so you’ll have some leftovers. It has a yummy saltiness from the bacon and with the salad and egg, it feels like a really well-rounded meal for dinner, and lunch the next day.”
