Lavender & Vanilla Moon Milk With CBD Oil Recipe

We’re over the moon for this dreamy lavender and vanilla concoction that’ll have you feeling extra relaxed thanks to a dropper of CBD oil. (Moon milk is an ancient sleep remedy traditionally made with warm milk.) Bonus: You can stock all the pantry-friendly ingredients and blend this up anytime in 10 minutes flat.

Lavender & Vanilla Moon Milk With CBD Oil

Yield: 1 serving
Active Time:


1 cup light coconut milk
1 teaspoon dried lavender, plus more for garnish
½ vanilla bean or ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon honey
1 dropper Charlotte’s Web Full Strength Hemp Extract Oil


Warm the coconut milk, lavender, vanilla bean (or extract), and honey in a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer 5 minutes, then strain into a blender and add CBD oil. Blend on high for 30 seconds, or until frothy. Pour into a mug and top with some of the foam, then garnish with more lavender.
