Yield: 1 large or 2 small smoothies
Total Time: 5 minutes
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 frozen banana
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut water
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve immediately.
