These make a salad magic
We eat these over salads with just olive oil and balsamic. They add a great salty crunch and good nutrition. They made me love salads again
these are digestible, as opposed to the pepitas bought previously, because they are soaked (ie. sprouted)!. a superfood, especially for men, have zinc which is more bio-available, in other words, they pack a wallop of zinc...and many other anti-oxidents which are not in lab generated zinc supplements. plus they're raw, unheated so as to preserve all of the above and the plethora of oils. add manganese, copper, and iron, plus protein and you get the picture...

These sprouted pumpkin seeds are tasty with just the right amount of salt. A little bit goes a long way and my body always seems to have more energy shortly after I eat them. I've had raw pumpkin seeds before which I like, but these are better both in flavor and seemingly are easier to digest based on the increased energy I feel shortly after I eat them.

The serving size of 1/4 cup feels like a lot because pumpkin seeds are relatively tiny. So, one serving of these along with my breakfast or lunch leaves me feeling very full. A respectable amount of protein, too. Very tasty on their own and I can see how these seeds could be added to a lot of other dishes to add flavor/protein (on salads, with rice, in yogurt, etc).
My Type of Supplement
I'm a big fan of these sprouted pumpkin seeds and they have become both a pantry and travel staple. They make a nice addition to homemade chocolate energy bars, salads, etc., and also make a for a satisfying quick snack. I have probably been through 10 bags of these seeds over the past year and quality remains consistent. I have ditched pill-shaped supplements in favor of real foods. If (or when) I need extra zinc, these seeds are a delicious and crunchy way to get some.
These remind me of the fresh-from -the pumpkin seeds we use to bake in the oven after carving time . Only they're better!

Great for prostrate
My husband eats 1/4 cup a day to help with prostrate issues. The pumpkin seeds work better than the medication he used to take. Now instead of getting up 8 - 10 times a night to go to the bathroom it's once or twice.

I've never had pumpkin seeds that taste so good. It's hard to believe that they're good for me. I have a hard time just eating my proper portion for snacks. And, don't eat them while you're watching a movie or doing desk work, you'll end up eating twice as many as you'd intended. Overeating was never so gooooood!!:-)

These are delicious, although they don't look appetizing so my toddler won't try them. I will have to try adding them to granola or trail mix and see if he'll eat them that way.
I grind these down into a powder form to add to my smoothies (I use them to help balance hormones) and I use them in a seed and nut bread I make and since they are already salted I do not add any other salt and it works out perfect. Plus they taste great in salads and on top of Salmon!

I expected something similar to what they taste like fresh baked after carving your Halloween pumpkin. They're not even close. It's much more similar to the taste of sunflower seeds. The size and texture, too. The bag is packed full - I was surprised how much you get. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't even put a dent in the bag because they're pretty filling, so you don't eat a ton in one sitting. I bought 2 more bags for reserve in my next order from TM!

Great for snacking and cooking
I love pumpkin seeds, but do not have the time to roast them myself. These are super convenient, and the resealable bag is very handy, as I only eat a handful of these at a time.
I bought these to make homemade protein bars, but the salting on these is so light, you can add them to just about anything! I've now added them to pumpkin bread, zucchini bread, I even put these on my salad! Most of the time though, I just take a small baggie of them to work, and snack on them throughout the day, and they pull me through between meals.

I've never been a huge pumpkin seed fan, but decided to try these anyway. After reading the ingredients and values, I thought they would be a good healthy snack.
It turns out I did not end up liking them, but loving them. They include the perfect crunch and amount of salt. I finish a bag in one sitting, which is not much of a snack. I prefer if they made these without any salt so I don't feel guilty for eating so much of them.

Pumpkin seeds (when they aren't overly processed) are very nutritious; they're high in healthy fats, fiber, and protein. I very recently learned the benefits of eating raw foods and began looking for foods in my diet that I could easily replace with raw alternatives, pumpkin seeds being one of those. They go well in a lot of different foods too! I mix them with granola, put them in my smoothies, and eat them with dried fruit. They're flavorful, not too salty and add a great crunch to whatever I use them in. I particularly like the ones from Go Raw because they are organic, sprouted, and don't have any preservatives. It's a great little family-owned business that supports local farmers and I'm happy to buy from them again.
Fantastic on Salads!
I make a dish that has cranberries, quinoa and feta cheese in it. Serving the dish warm, I add these on the top and It adds a nice crunch and flavor. Seeds are an important part of every diet and eating these makes it easy. Also, they only add salt- no other preservatives!
The only downside I found with the Go Raw seeds is that freshness is an issue in my pantry. I found that if I refrigerate them, they last longer. I have not had this problem with other seeds. Its a non-issue though.

These pumpkin seeds are raw but taste like they're roasted. They have the perfect crunch and light salt flavor that keeps you going back for more. Great right out of the bag, on salads, sprinkled on a Mexican style flatbread or thin pizza. Yummy!

We love these pumpkin seeds. We've made pumpkin seed butter and a nut-free granola. They're great on salad too! Only issue we've had is that they go rancid quickly, so we store them in the refrigerator rather than out on the counter or in the pantry.
After reading the reviews and being a pumpkin seed fan, I gave these a try. The flavor is amazing!
Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds
These are excellent. If you're even remotely on the fence go for it.
I first found these at Costco and loved them as a non-nut snack! When Costco stopped selling them I was delighted to find them here! They have just the right amount of saltiness with a slight tang from the sprouting. Delicious plain or on top of salads!

Wonderfully yummy healthy snack for the whole family
This is the only raw pumpkin seed that my husband likes and, as usual, Thrive has the best price out there.
Lacking what makes me sick
No GMOs. No gluten. Those are two things I don't want. I can't have gluten and I have read enough stuff on GMOs to know that I can have a better and healthier life without them.
These seeds are great to eat, I love the flavor. They are quite expensive though so I don't buy them very often. If it weren't for my discount through Thrive Market I wouldn't be able to enjoy them!

Pumpkin seed goodness
These pumpkin seeds are really good. I have never been a big fan of pumpkin seeds, although I do like other seeds and nuts. On a whim I thought I would try these since they are sprouted seeds and I have been trying to eat more sprouted stuff. I loved them and I also found that my kids and husband love them too.

I love seeds and nuts. They are some of my favorite power snacks. Any health food nut would absolutely love these and they should be in your regular diet plan.
I snack on these on a daily basis and they keep me from over eating and snacking on stuff that is bad for me!

Great for Snacking
Need more protein in my diet, so I tried these pumpkin seeds. Great price on them here at Thrive, and I'm happy I have a membership. Work great as a mid-day snack at work, and they provide some good protein and fiber. They have a nice, light crunchy taste that makes them great as a snack food.
Tasty But a Bit Pricey
As kids, my siblings and neighborhood kids used to snack on roasted pumpkin seeds from the time school was back in session to late November. What a super snack, then and now. My children love them as an afterschool snack, in their lunches, as an oatmeal, ice cream and cake topping.
A really bold flavor, but a little pricey, even with the Thrive Market deep discount of 30%. I'll buy another bag next month as a treat. Too good to pass up!

I like sunflower seeds, and I'm a big nut eater, so I wanted to try these pumpkin seeds for something new. They are super healthy with a ton of protein, which I need because I work out every day.
These are really good. Strong crunch, light salt and that distinct pumpkin flavor. I used to buy this on Amazon, but the price here is about two or three bucks cheaper per bag, so I'm already seeing savings with my Thrive membership.

Ok, but tart aftertaste
I got into pumpkin seeds after trick or treating was over, since we had a couple of pumpkins and tons of seeds. My husband roasted them and we all loved them.
So I saw them on Thrive and decided to try a bag, to see if it would taste as good as the fresh ones. They're ok, not as flavorful as the ones we roasted. My daughter likes them, but I think the aftertaste is a bit tart.

Packed With Good Stuff
I'm a nutritionist who loves what Go Raw offers to the public. These pumpkin seeds are loaded with protein, good fats and lots of fiber. Pretty much everything you want when trying to lose weight and stay healthy.
I use them on salads, and blend them in my smoothies too. Or just eat them straight out of the bag with cranberries. I've seen a recipe for healthy cookies with these that I'm going to try. I'll post the recipe at another time if it works!

For the Health Nuts Out There
Go Raw is one of my favorite companies for raw snacks. I bought these pumpkin seeds to munch on when I'm on the go. But now I add them as a topping for my salads too.
They've got a nice flavor, not too salty and with lots of crunch. And I'm getting them here for $10.95 a bag, which is better than Amazon, who has them for $25.67 for two bags, so I'm saving more than two bucks per bag with Thrive Market.

Best seeds ever!!
I am so glad I found these. I never have enough time to roast pumpkin seeds at home, but they are one of those once a year things I always had to have. Now I can have them anytime I want without any muss or fuss.
They have a great light salted flavor, and they really are hard to put down. I especially love adding them to salads for a light crunch and change in texture.
These are awesome! I'm a big fan of the go raw bars, and I LOVE pumpkin seeds, so this is the perfect snack. Pumpkin seeds are incredibly nutritious, particularly for minerals, and especially these since they're sprouted and raw. I usually eat them right out of the bag, though I probably shouldn't, due to calories. They're also great on top of salads and soups. Awesome snack!
