Why You’ll Love It

Tasty, young leaves add a fresh, slightly spicy flavor to salads and some pasta sauces. Fortunately for habitual salad eaters, organic heirloom arugula is very easy and quick to grow. Plant every three weeks for a constant and plentiful supply of tasty leaves. Planting: Select a location with full sun to part shade. Grows well in almost any soil, but the most tender and mildest leaves are produced in fertile soil with plenty of water. Plant throughout the year in mild climates and early when dandelions are first growing in colder areas.
